Service Delivery Policy

Sunny Gym, a brand name of Sunny Citrix, is a digital software service. No physical goods are shipped.

1. How the service is delivered

After successful payment, your subscription is activated and access to the Sunny Gym application is provided electronically. Login details and activation confirmation are sent to your registered email address and/or phone number.

2. Delivery time

Activation is usually instant, and in any case within 24 hours of successful payment (working days).

3. If you do not receive access

If you have paid but have not received access within 24 hours, contact us at info@sunnygym.in or +91 79060 59336 with your transaction reference and we will resolve it promptly or refund you as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Shipping

As the Service is entirely digital, there is no shipping and no shipping charges.
